Refund policy

At ReVuitton, each item is handcrafted to order — made individually after a purchase is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color.

Eligibility

Each product is custom-made when ordered to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, with photo evidence, so we can assist promptly.

Replacements

If an item is confirmed lost by the carrier or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement will be issued only for the same product and personalization details as in the original order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to remake or replace the lost/damaged item.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
